Just an FYI. I just updated the PDF adding the bookmarks that should have been there in the first place. If you already bought the thing you can go back and download it again. It makes using it that much easier.

I tried to order PDF version of CoS (plus Companion) but both links result in "Document Not Found!". What's up with that?
