Advice when using THE KARMIC CYCLE?

I've pitched a western PBeM using a variation on Dan Bayn's game, The Karmic Cycle, and though the system seems pretty straightforward in theory, I'd love to hear what sorts of experiences folks around here might have had actually using it.  Anyone have insights to share?
