I don't know about the game in question, but this thread has given me a strong image of a  a Modern/Urban supernatural setting where hip-hop shamans power their spells with their bling, using the chains, rings and gold teeth as magical fetishes. The more bling you have, the greater your source of power. Pimp the Dweomer, Yo!

Of course as a redneck rural white guy I couldn't possibly write the thing without making an ass of myself, but someone should do it.
