Written as a thought experiment: it would be intriguing to see several groups run this in parallel, and then report on their outcomes.  I suspect SOY would also work for Macbeth and Romeo & Juliet, but I leave those as exercises.

Wow, this is kind of exciting.  I tried to do this in my head for another revenge tragedy and certain tropes carry over easily - the key of power, the key of the mission, the key of bloodlust, etc all find their places in Ford's 'Tis Pity She's a Whore.  I think the secrets may need some refinement but this is a great idea.  There's an assassination secret that could easily be ramped up and used to simulate the abrupt and bloody ends that permeate the final act of these dramas. 

Shakespeare's comedies seem very TSOY friendly as well, what with all the rutting and fairies and star-crossed love and all.
