I have collected all the information I have been sent.

http://www.enter.net/~whim/Conventions/Gencon06IGE.html
The blank spots are information I am lacking. I need these Filled by Wednesday.
Look over what I have and let me know if you need me to change anything.
I'd love to get more Events for the IGE.
If you're running Indie Events but you've either already regestered or you'd just rather not be part of the IGE
I can add you to the "other Indie happenings At Gen Con. Pm me,
Email
me or post it here and I'll add it to the Ige at gen con web page.
As far as the Games on Demand tables go it looks like I still need These shifts yet in order to cover what I wanted to cover.
Thursday 6pm-10pm
Friday 10am-2pm
Sunday 2pm-6pm
If I've made an error let me know.
Again I'm going to Register all the IGE events at once on Wednesday March 22 aprox 12 noon
I need any and all information about Games you want to run in order to be a part of the IGE experience by Tuesday March 21 Midnight.
To submit an event i need
Name:
Game:
Title:
Description:
When:
Players:
I added players cause some games run better for 4 or 5 and others can be run for 10.
Theres and example of what I need

Hi Kat:
I know that the volunteer pool is somewhat limited, but may I suggest that having backups for the GOD shifts might be worthwhile? Its a long time between now and August, and any number of things could happen. I'm not really sure how it would work, but lets say the border is closed due to hostilities breaking out between Canada and the U.S., and I am captured swimming the St. Lawrence to get to GenCon and am incarcerated in Guantanamo Bay as an enemy combatant. What happens?

Obviously we disavow any knowledge of your actions, you ... you Canuck, you! <shakes fist>
Seriously, we've had several people that have expressed interest but can't commit to a given timeslot this early. It's likely that there will also be people who end up going to GenCon that aren't planning on it right now, so those "unforseen events" work both ways.

You guys have done this before, so you know what the score is. I will do my best to run the gauntlet and arrive on time to run my games and my shift, and conceivably even enjoy myself. :)
