What printers have you guys used, and about how much did your runs cost?

Ken, I have no idea how close you are to an urban center (southeastern Virginia might as well be Mars to me), but if you are in or near a city, don't discount the possibility of finding a brick-and-mortar print shop near you that can do your printing.  Most urban centers, especially those that do light industry and manufacture, have print shops that can serve your needs.  Ask if they have digital presses (so they don't have to shoot plates) and if they do their binding in house (rather than subcontracting), and if the answer to both questions is yes, they very well may give you a competitive quote.
