And from what I`ve read about it so far, I think you are totally on track for making a game about power relationships.
One thing to keep in the back of your head at all times:
If the game is truly about power relationships, try and make the mechanics about power relationships too.

I made another update. I changed the rules from spending glory to activate a power to having to maintaining a minimum number of worshipers. You can achieve/learn powers at a score beyond the current number of worshipers you have but you enter into "glory debt." Therefore, I suggest going to the website and redownloading it if you are so inclined. I also have made some minor formatting changes as well.

PS Please let me know if have or are interested in playtesting. The download is 60 pages long, the front cover needs work (its a place holder more than anything).
