Hi,
Is bumping old threads permitted in Connections? I am asking because I have seen it done several times with no moderator visibly moderating. I'm just, you know, wondering.

That's really just me being lazy. I monitor Connections for new threads, mostly. Also, in some cases, it seems OK to let the thread get renewed, especially if it's a relevant clarification.
Plain old promotional bumping ("move myself to the top") is a bad thing, though. I'll be more careful about that in the future.
