Not exactly sure where this should go, so I'll rest assured that Mr. Nixon will eliminate it before it's too much of a hassle.
Thanks to the efforts of the lovely and talented Jared Sorensen, the first Le Mon Mouri website is up and active at www.memento-mori.com/lmm . The site is a prelude to a community-building site to be designed later (when I've got a domain name and some HTML under my belt). Please feel free to visit... and don't hesitate to spend money while you're there.

Sean,

No one is happier than me to see Le Mon Mouri available, as you know ($$). And its announcement in this forum is totally appropriate, and let me be the first to thank you for not posting it in Indie Design, which seems to be the perceived "anything forum" for some reason.

However, please don't perpetuate the mistaken legend that Clinton or anyone else deletes inappropriate posts. As we've demonstrated multiple times in the last week alone, we leave them right where they are. No one deletes posts except for duplicates, or in rare cases, disgruntled weenies who want to remove evidence of their destruction-by-debate.

What you are doing is called "borrowing trouble": (1) assuming that you're transgressing somehow, without confirmation (and if you were really worried about it, a private message would have solved that worry before you posted); and (2) referring to a punishment-event that in reality does not exist.

Best,
Ron
