Is the PDF for Concrete Angels still circulating? Apparently it's to play Dust Devils in modern world of crime. Is there just one PDF or multiple?

Unfortunately, it does look like the link is currently broken. That's the bad news. Hopefully, Jared can fix the link soon (I'll contact him).

The good news is that the new edition of Dust Devils in print will include Concrete Angels.
