New to the board, although been lurking for a while. I've seen on the Dogs website that there will be an upgrade deal coming soon. When's it due and what'll it contain?

It came a year ago. It was the upgrade deal from the unillustrated book to the illustrated book. Which do you own?

I ordered and payed for a copy of the DitV book almost two and a half months ago. I still haven't received it (I live in Sweden but orders from the States usually arrives within a month's time). I've emailed and posted here in the forum but Mr. Lumpley doesn't answer me. What's going on?
