[Shock] Missing Rules?

I remember back in the heady days of the playtest editions that there was some talk re: fixing the game for two players.

Did that ever happen?  From my reading of the book not really.

I'm thinking specifically about Minutae.

Well, yeah. Basically, if you play with two, Minutiæ have no teeth in conflict, so people are less inclined to bring them in.

I'm pretty sure that's the only rule that is damaged by two player play.
