I'm new to RPG's in general, DitV intriques me and I can find a few friends that are interested in playing, but none are experienced GM's . I'm in the Cincinnati area, I've emailed a local RPG group, and no one was familiar with DitV.... So are there any DitV players in the Cinci area? Anyone interested in running a game for some noobs? Any plans for some DitV organized events at Origins?

if you have trouble finding people to learn the game with, you could try IRC
one session should be enough for you to be able to GM
you could also just try the game, if your friends don't mind the first session being a little stop & go
