I am wondering if I should make the class features more realistic or more over-the-top.
Should Cooks be able to carry around crude medieval flame throwers to use their "Bake" attack?

I vote yes but only because I already want to play this game with my friends, we laugh our butts off during White Wolf game campaigns, a  game like this would send someone to the hospital lol

Runners:
Hearts= Sailor
Diamonds= Merchant
Clubs= Trailblazer
Spades= Messenger
Collectors:
Hearts= Fisher
Diamonds= Miner
Clubs= Woodcutter
Spades= Farmer
Processors:
Hearts= Brewers
Diamonds= Smiths
Clubs= Carpenters
Spades= Cooks
Maintainers:
Hearts= Doctors
Diamonds= Administrators
Clubs= Preachers
Spades= Deputies
