Hello to everyone. I haven't yet managed to get a game of PTA going, but I'm planning on it.

In fact, I'm thinking of proposing a big special event for Gaelcon, Ireland's biggest gaming convention, this October.

My idea is to run a full season of PTA, from pitch session to season finale. I'm thinking of calling the event "Season One Boxed Set." To this end, I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice or guidelines as to how long an average episode of PTA should take, assuming between 4 and 6 players? And if anyone had any advice for how to quickly explain the concept/mechanics of PTA and keep the game moving at a smooth pace?

Make the first session 4 hours (pitch included), then others 2 hours apiece.

Quite a challenge you're taking on. Do try to play a session or two before tackling a whole season all at once.
