Need Color Texas Flag at Reasonable Price fast

Hello,
We are getting a little over budget and need a cover for one of our modules. I can do the whole cover design, I just need a half page color illustration of a Texas flag (A little on the ominous side--with a scope on it or an explosion in the background) at a reasonable price. I am willing to offer my services as a writer or agree to contract you for future jobs at regular rate in exchange for a discount price.

Wikipedia has a public domain vector file of the Texas flag:

You're doing your own cover layout? Some transparency and edge effects in Photoshop might be all you need.
