Well, with GenCon having come and gone and the Forge receiving a facelift, it seemed like a good time to post an update.  So here goes.

I started writing Legends of Alyria last Wednesday.

I admit that I didn't write much but it was begun.

Life has been complicated the last eight months, but this last week saw the
end of these complications.  So I intend to settle in and begin writing.

At the very least, you will hear from me weekly in this forum, telling you
what the progress is like.  I also have some rules refinement that needs to
happen and I plan on getting feedback from all of you.  I also plan on
posting playtest sessions, and I would still hope to hear from others out
there who are playing.

Thank you all very much for your patience.  Some of you have been patiently waiting for me to get my act together.  Well, that time has come.  I hope that what I produce will be worthy.

Seth,

Good to hear about your progress. I think I'm headmaster of the "get a good idea and then sit on it forever" school, so I understand the delays. That said, I'm really looking forward to this game.

Hi Seth,

I've played enough Alyria now to post a really kickin' review of the game. The only thing lacking is a playable version that's publicly available.

If you need art, layout, whatever, just let me know and I'll start calling people.

Best,
Ron
