Glad to be of service.

System?
Action! System, the new generic system from Gold Rush Games. Patrick Sweeney of Firefly Games will help us design a fast version that'll be easier to use and create characters in than standard Action!.

Setting?
In a world on which humans never evolved, numerous animal species evolved into sentience and built a society together. The player characters are officers in the police department of the City by the Bay, criminals trying to thwart them, or ordinary citizens of over 20 different species

Thanks, Michael. Any idea of Time setting? 1920's, 30's, 90's, 2000 or...?
After having a look at:
http://www.seraphimguard.com/fuzz.html
, it looks like the setting time is modern-ish. Is this true?

The setting is the present day, about 2002.
