This sounds like something that has only become possible through modern medicine.  Would this also hold true for medieval times?

With or without the intervention of a Master Vision, Master Sculpting, Master Growth mage?

Seems to me a true master could cast the spell to Heal over time, doing just enough to keep the individual from expiring in the mean time...   By doing this  the spell might have lower TN's but require multiple castings.  certainly Blood Could be Remade easily with Vision and Growth,  Vision and Sculpting  could repair the Blood Vessels and organs such as kidneys, and liver and heart to keep them funcioning effiecently.  Vision and Growth could also  restore the 3rd layer of skin under the 3rd degree sections.
