Just in case anyone is interested, you can get a free copy of Serif's PagePlus 5 Desktop Publishing software at
http://freeserifsoftware.com
They also offer some of their other programs for free. These are full-featured older versions, but you can't beat the price.

I used PagePlus to layout Donjon - in my opinion, it's easier to use than PageMaker, and as good if not better.
I would note that if you buy their software (
www.serif.com
has a new version of PagePlus that creates PDFs), they send you a newsletter that has all sorts of crazy deals. I bought PagePlus for around $80, and since then have upgraded to the PDF edition for $5, and gotten PhotoPlus (like Photoshop) for $10 from their newsletter.
