Looking for heart, soul, and personality in art

For some time now I have been in near completion of my Contiuum: Dark Legacy campaigns, and while these ideas have come together mechanically on paper, there has been nothing artistic to capture, nothing that represents the creations that have been spilling forth to compile my world. To say the least I am looking for an artist, or many artists that can take the descriptions of personality, background, and appearance and turn them into something tangible. I can see that this is very strange for my first post, but it was needed. If you have any questions, please don't hestate to contact me, either about the Continuum world, or just general inquiries.
