As one of the original authors of VoidScape (who worked mostly on the background), and having noticed that VoidScape's link no longer works, I have decided to resurrect it using the copy of the rules I have, the background notes I have written, and certain ideas that have brainstormed up.

To recap:

Setting: The setting is a space-opera setting, with many races, including felinoids (Kildaren, and their caste system), reptiloids (the S'Las'Si, very similar to the... damn, forgotten the name... snake-aliens in "Chanur's Venture", by C.J.Cherryh), and three cultures of humans. All of them in various alliances and wars.

System: Character creation is points based, with what seems to be an exponential point cost for each higher level of stat. Skills are bought, again on exponential point costs, and certain racial modifiers are used.

Resolution: Resolution is stat+skill against a variable d6 difficulty, although I shall be double checking all this when I get home.

I shall write more as more of VoidScape gets re-written.
