It's not in the text, but I have to agree that it's natural during play. I'll go on record as saying that the best moment of Trollbabe play I've had went like this:

Me (as GM to other player): So, this black wolf-like thing runs into you, rolling you over.

Player 2: Oh! I want my trollbabe to enter this scene.

Me: Um.. where from? She's elsewhere right now, but she could show up.

Player 2: From above.
