Just got home and checked his spell out.
It is a CTN of 6.

The CTN 2 was the one he used for "lookin' around"...

This is a tie-in to another post whereby someone mentioned neurotic sorcerors due to the inquisition.. my sorceror is mentally unstable for a different reason.

Over the weekend(last Saturday), my character had a brain-storm... since he was until recently a prisoner and hence FLAT BROKE.. he decided to help a few local wizards in return for learning Growth 1. So he in turn took his PC friend's gold piece.. and proceeded to double it, and then double that again.. about 4 times he did this..  and got a chunk of gold the size of a man-hole.. worth 16 gold.. so he went to the local smith and had it melted into a bar.. thus ending his poverty :-D

So, this player having an SA of greed, was able to act on that greed.. thus getting points from using his SA. Also.. the character aged quite a bit, not due to aging from the casting of the growth spell.. but from casting of the mana spells to refresh his die pool.(He IS greedy afterall, and also impatient to wait for his SP to refresh on its own)

Now then, when a sorceror actively decides to age 6 months in order to make 16 gold.. THAT is saying something.

It is a good thing that spell's CTN was 6, my mind was thinking 'Whaaaaaaaaat?!'
