When two characters are wrestling, and one doesn't want to be, how does that character escape the situation?  Or can he at all?

He has to gain advantage in the wrestling, and then instead of pinning his opponent he simple breaks away, much like a full evade. That's the beauty of wrestling. If you're good at it, and he's not, he's toast.
