[Cornerstone] Outline
Today I made a list of all the things I have rules for and made an outline. Here's what I came up with:
- Definition of Descriptors (GM: Using Descriptors for Things Other Than Characters)
- Positive Descriptors
- Negative Descriptors (GM: Using Negative Descriptors as Advantages)
- Zero Level Descriptors
- Use of Descriptors (GM: Allowing / Disallowing Descriptors)
- Opposed Actions
- Unopposed Actions
- Difficulty
- Related (Farfetched) Descriptors
- Simultaneous Actions
- Contests
- Altering the Nature of Contests
- Descriptor Damage
- Healing (GM: When to Kill a PC)
- Character Creation
- Optional: Scaling Mechanic (GM: Controlling Power Level)
What do you think... does the order flow naturally? Am I leaving out anything important?
Note that this is only the system aspect of the game... the intro + philosophy + short fiction + sample character will go before all of this.
