Jake, how greatly will the new (or changed) rules in TFoB change previous characters? Will it be easy to incorporate these changes or will it render some characters unplayable? And, any possible hints as to what some of the larger changes might be, if any?

We're building the book "modular," so that any part can be incoporated without bringing in the whole book. The only think that is really going to effect existing characters are the "School" rules (and the manuevers that go with them), which are the only thing that can't be immediately grafted onto every existing character without any difficulty. Everything else is a change in how situations are handled, not in stats on the charsheet.
