Hei to all.
I would as your opinion about an open license I'm using on my game (Fresco)
I tried tu se one similar to the QPL.
Fresco Open Idea License (0.1) : you can freely distribute Fresco as is, for free (except for reproduction/printing costs). You can publish extension, settings, adventures or any support material for Fresco, or even your own version of Fresco, but all products must exist ina a freely distributable version (this license is recommneded), and upon request yuo have to send a copy to the original author.
Do you think this license could be fine for a free (but non necessarily forever gratis ) game?

Why not just use the Creative Commons license?
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/
More info at http://creativecommons.org/

If this is your intention, I suggest you avoid any, and all, GPL derived licenses and simply put it out for free for time being.

Thanks for the hint.
That license sounds fine, but (in an optimistic vision) I could not keep track of what derivative work will be made from mine (and if and when I wish to create a commercial RPG from it, it could be useful).

Why?
My idea is to create (actually, already done) a solid system that will be forever free, but maybe in teh future, , to create a complete and tough RPG based on it, and (if market will allow it) to be sold.
Meanwhile, I wish to encourage any derivative work based on my system.
Without an open license, it will be hard, I feel.

No, if that's your intention then it will be fine - I misunderstood.
