Forum re-ordering
You've probably already noticed that we've re-ordered the main forums on the front page. Actual Play, as befits it, is now first, followed by Indie Game Design and Publishing. Ron and I decided to do this in order to show what the Forge emphasizes: actual play and design.

Nice setup. I was about to ask if that was the reason for the re-ordering.

Very obvious and clear now.
Good job, Clinton and Ron!

I smiled when I saw this, 'cause Ron's always talking about how Actual Play is really -- or should be -- the heart of the Forge. Nice to see it reflected in the layout. I hope it says something to new people (I hope it says something to everyone, but I suspect they're the ones who it will affect).

I was actually somewhat curious: did you find it fairly obvious what order to put things in? I am sure that Actual Play at the top went in without debate, but i was wondering if there was discussion on the location of (say) Connections and Conventions...

Hiya,
Nah, we didn't talk much about the order of the other stuff; I figured Clinton's judgment is probably better than mine about that. All I wanted was to get Actual Play at the top and to have the others rearranged in some fashion. Besides, if I'm not mistaken, the whole idea was Clinton's anyway.
Best,
Ron
