Well, did some poking around, and if this has been answered, i'm not finding it (i'm still working my way through the Lulu vs. Everyone Else thread).

What are my options for size formats if we want to be able to go POD with the same PDF we're selling direct? I'd like to do something like 6"x9", and so far i only seem to be seeing 8.5"x11", or itty-bitty. Pointers on where to go that support in-between sizes? Or just threads that i may have missed with a search, and should go read?

Well, lulu.com seems to have just what you want: they do 6x9 as well as comic-size (6.625x10.25).
