Quick question: 

Do you have a time table for the forum changes?  Some threads can last for weeks, so it might be helpful to know when you need people to stop making new threads in the Theory and GNS forums.  Or were you just planning to relocate active threads to new forums when you do the change?

Running this thing is like trying to screw fog, man. Don't even imagine that anything like a time table can be involved.

In the meantime, I have a suggestion: go post lots in Actual Play and Indie Design.
