Is it just me, or have the times on this site gone all to hell?

I checked in this morning to see what new posts there were, and it told me there were none. I think this is hard to believe, so I glance at the times, and find that the last post was made on today at ~10:40pm. For the record, it's 6:36am, and it's still today. I checked my offset, and it's as it should be: -7.

Is anyone else having a similar problem?

I noticed this too.  The offset is no longer from GMT, it's from the server local time.  Which happens to be pacific.

So, set it appropriately (zero right now, for instance) and it'll be fine again.

Yeah, see I did that.. And it still isn't better, not entirely. It's showing the right times, but it still doesn't seem to think that all these unread posts since my last visit count as "unread posts since last visit"

It's a minor annoyance, really. I guess I'll just have to check the forums manually.
