I recall at last year's Gencon there was a plan to cross-teach how to run demos to everyone working the Forge Booth, although I don't know if that happened or how it turned out.

I'm not working the booth, but I do run demo games at other conventions and would like to do more demos at local game stores, and I was wondering if there's any chance that lessons on  how to demo specific games might be available at Gencon.  The Mountain Witch has a nifty demo script and handouts already, but it seems to be the exception rather than the rule.

If there aren't, it's no big deal, I'll continue to figure things out on my own by trial and error and reading about other's experiences, but if there were, it could provide a lot of leverage, not just for me but other GMs attending Gencon who'd like to go back and introduce the new hotness to game store customers and local convention attendees who are intrigued but don't want to risk their cash without seeing what the game's like.
