Also, I think we* should put a display together similar to what Vincent had last year -- the hanging panels that described Dogs and its accolades. I think it should be for the whole booth and it should list all of our awards: Origins Award Winner, Out of the Box Best Game of the Year, Diana Jones Award Winner, etc. I think our combined pedigree is rather impressive.
Good idea.
If your game's going to be at the Forge booth, post in this thread what awards it's won.

Whee!
Burning Wheel -- Out of the Box, Best Game of 2003
Monster Burner -- Indie RPG Awards, Best Supplement 2004
Monster Burner -- People's Choice Indie RPG Awards, Best Supplement 2004
Should we post ENnie nominations? The ENnie people are always trying to convince us how prestigious it is just to be nominated.

Poisoncraft was nominated for an ENnie in 2004
Operation Quick Launch was nominated for an ENnie in 2005
In the latter case, I'd say it was an honor just to be nominated. I think I was going up against Arcana Evolved and some flavor of M&M.

I got lots of runners-up and finalists for Trollbabe in 2003 too, but I figured only winners should be listed.

What's the purpose with this awards display? Are we trying to promote individual games or the booth in general?
For this display, I think it should be the booth in general, individuals can make their own posters or whatnot for their individual games. I think we should just have a list that says something like: "Winner of X Diana Jones Awards, Y Best RPG's of 2003, Z Outie Awards..." etc.
And if we're accepting runners-ups---The Mountain Witch runner-up for Best New RPG of 2005, Out of the Box.

Tim: my vision is big text at the top that says, if not in these precise words, "we design award-winning games," and then a long list that says "see what I mean?"

Yeah, The Roach was a Game Chef finalist ("Inner Circle") as well, if the accolades are going to dip that far down.

Okay okay, I'm compiling the list and I'm waffling about the nominations. Some of those - Jennifer's Harvey Award nomination, especially - are a real big deal.
Fellow primary sponsors: do we list nominations? I'm listing Jennifer's either way, but what about everyone else's?
Also who won the 2005 Outie? I can't remember.

The post said to post about your own games but since these awards just got announced...
The Shab-Al Hiri roach was nominated for best card game, and Artesia was nominated for best roleplaying game in the Ogres Choice 2006 Awards, which is The Orge Cave Audio Reports award thing-a-ma-jig-ger. (Not sure if Artesia is Forgie, but I believe it's Indie)
Also in the not game category Indie Press Revolution beat out Wiz Kids for most influential. I think that is meant to be most influential company/force on gaming's future, but I don't remember them discussing the category as much as why they voted like they did. Clicky here for more.

I'll chime in and agree that (despite the effect on my own nominations) that noms shouldn't be included. I also think that Ronnies shouldn't be inlcuded. It's a little incestuous/self-selecting for the purpose of the banner. These are essentially awards that [the Forge] gives to itself.
(I'm not intending to disparage them by any stretch. I just don't think it serves the function of expressing the quality of Forge products by noting awards given out by the Forge.)

Okay!
I'm'a list ENnies nominations, Diana Jones nominations, and a couple others but those are the biggn's. I'm going to list them small at the bottom; the idea is "dang that's a long list of award nominations but I'm not going to read it too hard."
So tell me your ENnies noms and Diana Jones noms.
Oh and I'm not going to list design-a-game contest wins, be it Ronnies or IGC or any.
Deadline: approaching. Who won the 2005 Outie? Was it one of us? I'm commiting a terrible faux pas by forgetting, I'm certain, but that's life.

2005 Outie was Bacchanal. Paul's got it locked up. : )
Barry Deutsch (illustrations for Breaking the Ice) winner of the 2000 Charles M. Schulz award.
Jennifer Manley Lee (illustrations and layout for Shooting the Moon) Ignatz Award nominee.
BtI honorable mention in KH's sui generis. (Nice but surely not includable.)
Nominee for Guide Du Roliste Galactique's Grog D'Or 2006.
Award *winning* seems like the key factor here.
best,

I'm certain that's not true. Bacchanal got the Best Sui Generis RPG Outie, which isn't the top award. I can't parse Ken's final sentence in the Best Retread of 2005 paragraph, but his top award clearly goes to either Spycraft 2.0 as Best Retread and Best RPG or to Iron Heroes as Best New RPG of 2005:
