I'm thinking about a setting for Jason's game, The Shab al-Hiri Roach. The setting is Darker College, an Oxford University college, in Victorian times.

This is a first draft. If anyone has any comments, I'd appreciate them: specifically, is anything missing? Is there anything else you'd need to play within this setting? Is there anything that's drastically out of place?
