I just bought the paperback version at LULU and I realized I would like the PDF also. Is there a Package deal or would I have to pay full price for the PDF as well? Please let me know.

Hey Reid,

There's no "official" package deal at the moment (there will be when Agon is on IPR). But sometimes I make special arrangements. Check your email. :-)
