A while ago I stumbled onto music.download.com. It's a cool site with a ton of free mp3's. Today I was glancing at their Spoken Word/ Story-telling section and thought, "Hey, someone could try posting some of their Actual Play records here..." I'm not sure if they have quality standards, but you would probably want to make sure the recording is nice and succinctly edited.

You could also take advantage of http://www.garageband.com/podcast.  Garage Band is currently offering free podcasting for anyone. Many of the songs there are also a-okay to use in podcast. Sounds like another nice place for AP recordings.

Garage Band also allows phone in recordings of podcasts. You could put a speaker phone in the middle of the table and record directly to a podcast while playing.
