I'm sending out an order shortly. I ran out of stock for a couple of weeks and kept expecting more, but it took a bit. I've got it now and all is well, unless I don't actually have your order.

I sended messages to two different e-mail about my order and didn`t have ANY answer of Joshua, Glyphpress responsible.
I ordered one volume of under the bed in august 9th and I'm still waiting for at least some information.

I've also ordered from glyphpress the special offer containing both Shock 1.1 and 1.0 and received nothing yet. My payment was already sent by Paypal and its Transaction ID is 92W75347B7466342R.

I've also sent an e-mail concerning this fact to the address you've mentioned early and didn't get any response.

Is something wrong with my order? How can we fix it?

I just checked, and I shipped that package. Hmmmm. I'll reship with a fancier, more trackable method.

Hmmm... Don't re-send it yet because there's a possibility that it is still stuck in Portuguese Customs. I'll wait a little more.

I just got another email from someone who never got his book from right around the same time you ordered yours. There's definitely something wrong here, so let me know in a week or so.

OK, I still haven´t received it yet. Could you please re-send it then? And could you also mark the package as "Gift" in order  to pass by customs without taxations.
