Hi all,

As part of the fundraising efforts for the ENnies, every year I auction off a seat (or seats) at the tables of nominated publishers.  It's a chance for fans to help support the Awards with their pocketbook, in return for which they get to spend the evening at the table of their publisher "Dream Date".  Many mainstream publishers sweeten the pot by offering swag like t-shirts, autographed product, or other goodies in order increase the size of their bids, but not Fred!  And thus I give you:

Evil Hat's Indie Revolution Lot: You don't need swag or material goods. You are not your signed and autographed indie RPG collection. You are not the sum of the cool stuff you got from game publishers. You are not your dice collection, rare CCGs or cool accessories. You are bidding on a seat with some really cool people who wrote a really cool game.  That's it.

In other fundraising news, at the Awards there will be a Silent Auction of rare and interesting items.  Thus far we've got the Ptolus white book and a medieval goatskin scroll heading up the list.

Finally, voting for the 2008 judge panel is underway, and I encourage all to go out and vote (one vote per person) for your favourite candidates.  http://www.ennieawards.com/judgenominees.html will get you to the nominees spot where you can familiarize yourself with each nominee and their views before voting.

See y'all in Indy!

Just in case it isn't clear, this is a table with the whole Evil Hat crew: Rob Donoghue and Leonard Balsera will be there with me as well.  It's a rare chance to get all three Spirit of the Century guys in one place!
