2008 ENnies
Just a quick pop in to say that the submission period is nearing a close for this year's Gen Con EN World RPG Awards. We've received a great selection of indie and small press this year, I'm happy to say, but want to make sure that more's on the way!
Also, I hope to have the judge selection at the same time as product voting, so if you or someone you know was considering throwing in their hat to be part of next year's panel, it's time to start thinking about it!
I'll try and pop my head in more often to answer any questions or participate in discussion about how the Awards work, where we're at etc.

Denise,
The site and the form seem to be pretty vague on how you can or should submit pdf products for inclusion, which is sort of an oversight given that there is a award category specifically for that type of product.

Never mind. Found the pdf product submission info in the fine print at the bottom of the publisher's page.

Any other questions I can ignore long enough and have answered by the querant???

I've extended the deadine now so that so long as the judges receive the product by June 6th it'll be eligible for consideration.

Question for publishers
I have a question for some of y'all.
What's up with making people register on your forums before someone can ask a question? It's not all of you who do it, but gosh is it ever frustrating when someone creates a barrier for communication like that!
I've been trying to contact some publishers, but they have no phone number nor email address on their site, only a forum which required a human to authorize admission. Yeesh! I can understand wanting to reduce the amount of spam in one's life, but don't you think that's taking it a bit far?

I dunno. My forum is hosted by The Forge. And I have an e-mail on my site.
You... are probably not talking to me.
