Arianet-Alynn, along with her companions, routinely travels among role-playing venues and publications. Upon reflection, you may have noticed this already.
I had hoped to trap them within multiple groups' various play of Elfs across the world, but alas, the game is widely underappreciated, and so she and the others continue to roam about, showing up just as you describe.
