I just wanted to post a 'thank you' to clinton for being gracious enough to be running things behind the curtain. I think we all know how difficult it can be doing 'independent' ventures while trying to maintain a real life.

Hell, he's even got a serious girlfriend which adds major target number modifers to the equation.

I try to periodically post a "thanks for the Forge" message - this looks like the place for it . . .

Clinton and Ron obviously put tons o' work and love into this place, and the members are just phenomenal. I appreciate it every time I play/do my mini-design work on RPGs. Even as a player in a D&D game, I find ways to improve my game experience as a result of this place and the people who post here.

So . . . hell yeah, major thanks to Clinton. For his work on the techie side, his game designs, and his presence in the forums. A big salute to Ron for *his* designs, presence, and his drive and passion for what RPGs can be. And my thanks to the "Forge community" - yr'all fanbloodytastic.

Pretty much a lurker here, but I wanted to thank Clinton and Ron for ruining the vast majority of RPG-related online content for me. Never really been content with roleplaying or the material generated by content roleplayers, so I seek out the efforts of the malcontents, their attempts to make roleplaying, well, enjoyable.

Now, everywhere I turn, I see site after site of material created by folks who have not yet begun to understand why they are not enjoying what they do. Slowly I realize, after a few weeks of mixed curiosity and skepticism, that I too have been converted by The Forge into thinking about roleplaying on an entirely new level.

Thanks a lot.
