I'm thinking of doing the first issue on an accelerated schedule - September 1st would be the deadline for articles, and I'd publish (hopefully) on September 15th.

After that, deadlines would be on the 15th of the month, along with publication days.

How much warning do you need before we start writing? Any page-length or format specifications? I've got a few ideas.

Sorry I didn't respond to this. In terms of specifications, I'd prefer to receive all articles in RTF format - Word has the macro virii and whatnot - with minimal formatting. I will be laying out articles in order to have the magazine look uniform.

I'll be using an 10 or 11 point serif font. Very simple, very easy.
