The way I read the rules, every ritual is a secret that's worth an advance. The fact that the rituals are listed under "Qek cultural Secrets" is a good indicator for this.

This is what got me confused:
"She knows the rituals for contacting spirits, and can attempt this by spending one Vigor and using the Pray ability."

Yeah, the rituals are just normal Secrets. They're named "rituals" instead of "secrets" for some reason - perhaps I'll figure out the reason and write about it at some point.
