Peter Adkison, uberhomes behind GenCon, has joined The Forge. Now, how cool would it be to work with him on elevating the Indie Booth from a simple you+me+devotees to a bigger, cooler, GenCon Indie Booth-O-Rama (presented in ForgeVision)?

Damn... that would be cool. I have no idea how it would work or how it would be better than what we have right now... maybe it wouldn't. I was just in shock after seeing Peter Adkison responding to a Sorcerer post and, frankly, wondering how to twist this to our benefit.

I'm so with you, Jason. Peter is already committed to transforming GenCon from an industry-whore movie tie-in toy show back into its old-style hobbyist fun cool-game design play-fest. So I think our booth will astound and amaze him - to see that what he wants for the future, is already a reality and has been one, completely underground, for a while now.

I have every intention of putting the Forge at the forefront of the industry within the following year.

You've met me, Jason, and you've seen me at work. I've met you, and I saw what your game accomplished this last year. I don't think I'm over-stating myself - the door is opening, and we're there.

I can't even say disappointed I am that I'm going to miss GenCon this year. That said, I'm completely dedicated to bringing the Forge to the forefront of the industry in the next year.
