Hey there,
I'm wondering how important the names of the abilities are for the feeling of the game. I'm asking this because I'm writing on a small scenario for Capes and have several interesting characters and juicy conflicts. Since I'm lazy I wonder whether I should write all characters from scratch or just use some templates and focus on the exemplars and the free conflicts.

What do you think?
Best,
René

In my experience, the Styles are the more flavorful abilities. Stuff like "Hit it with a wrench" or "Casually overpower mortals". I suppose you could mostly use the Clicks and Locks as they are and change just a few abilities, for flair.
