Not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but I recently purchased Dogs, and I can't download the dogscover.zip file (the other two files download with no issues), getting an error message partway through the download and leaving nothing but a file fragment of the download,

The error message I get reads:

Download wrote: C:\Documents and settings\Gareth\Desktop\dogscover.zip part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator

As far as I can tell it's a traffic-related problem. Give it a couple more tries. Later today I'll set you up with an alternative in email.
