Just noticed that back in March, some new stuff went up on www.costik.com - PowerPoint presentations that are quite fascinating. More computer game (of various stripes) oriented, but "Game Design Theory" (especially) is pretty general.

There's also a refernce to MAHK's Game Design Rants, which is (based on a quick overview) also interesting.

I probably won't get a chance to read and cogitate on these until after GenCon, but I thought I'd throw the links out there.
