Goal: 1)  to move over a wordpress blog to a newly owned domain name
        2)  to be able to upload downloadable pdfs from this blog
        3) to do so in an affordable yet wise fashion
        4) to be able to affordably build and upload separate web sites to this host as well

Question:  Could I get some tips on good, cheap web hosting for this goal?    Could I also get some leads on some cheap but good web building sites?

weebly.com; fantastic website builder. i'm using it at the mo to host my own rpg and it's working out really well. even if you don't go for the free option, it still works out really cheap.
