I was looking around for a steampunk-themed game and I found something called Wolsung: Steampulp Fantasy. They've got free rules in PDF on their site and post new updates quite often. It looks like it was published by a very small publisher. Maybe it's a game by someone from this forum? I've downloaded the PDF and I think it's a mix of an Indie/mainstream. I don't know if the game mechanics work, yet.
I couldn't find anyone who played it on my gaming forum so I decided to look for someone here. Maybe you heard of someone actually playing the game who could give an opinion? I want to play a nice steampunk game and nothing in the mainstream seems fitting for me.

I remember an old miniatures game that had a similar feel...I think it was called Flintloque.

Someone brought it up on rpg.net recently. It's a Polish rpg, I think. The pdf is a test drive for the game. I don't think they've done a translation of the full game yet. I haven't had a chance to look through the rules yet, myself, but I will definitely be doing so soon. I love steampunk games.
